How do I wash my product?

Wash all blankets including with filler inside  in a gentle cycle in a regular machine. For bigger blankets, use a large-capacity washing machine.

Big Blankets -Wide Load

Unless you have a large-capacity washer and dryer, a comforter made for a queen- or king-size bed may require a trip to the local laundromat. Smaller comforters should fit in a standard washer and dryer. Wash the comforter on a delicate-care cycle using a mild laundry soap

. Dry the comforter on a gentle cycle as well, or line dry it. Adding a tennis ball tied into a pillowcase during machine drying helps fluff up the comforter.

use a low- or no-heat cycle and check the comforter frequently. Remove it from the dryer when it is still slightly damp and hang it to finish drying.

About the satin fabric we use:

Satin is a delicate fabric and needs to be properly maintained in order to increase the life of the garment.  polyester Satin can be washed delicately with a mild detergent.  Never wring your Satin garments for drying. Simply hang them.  While ironing Satin garments, make sure that you iron on with a temperature that is on low heat.

What are the shipping options?

When shipping small items, we mostly use priority mail via usps and it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.  If the item is bulkier (bigger blankets or with filler) we use ground via ups, depending on your location, it can take between 5-7 days.  (unless severe weather interruptions) 

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

When the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number will be send to the email on the order, sometimes you have to allow 2 days for the order to show any progress however, we recommend you track your order every other day to make sure is in transit and are not delays involved.  If they are, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to find a solution. 

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Most items are made to order,  once you place the order, we can't accept cancelations after 8 hours the order is placed. We move quickly to make sure your order is not delayed!

Where do the materials come from?

Most fabrics are made in Korea and we purchased them from a local vendor. We then cut and sew each product at our location.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
We mention the dimensions of each product under the product listing, we use industry standard sizes when making the blankets.  Please make sure you check your bed size before placing the order.
